Work hard, F.A.I.L. harder

Max and I came up with the idea to decrease our workload a little bit and to find some time where we can work on some side projects together. This should not only be possible for digital projects but for analog and other projects as well.

First we set up a Slack channel where we collected ideas from all people around the office like “building an arcade cabinet with a raspberry pie” or “design and build a digital dashboard for the kitchen” with launch dates for our projects and table tennis stats and so on. We were pretty amazed by the amount of ideas that came together.

Now it was time to talk to the partners. Oliver Schmidthals was really keen about our idea and immediately added his own – “iPads for our conference rooms” to see whether they are occupied or not. After another chat with Oliver and Robert Stulle, they decided to give it a try, talked to the other partners and now it’s official.
