The City of Bagpipes, Haggis and Kilts

Because Edinburgh has recently been named the best place to live in the UK, we immediately took the opportunity to experience it ourselves. We – from the Amsterdam office – were lucky enough to call Edinburgh our home for one whole weekend.
Our home for one weekend of fun

Apart from the somewhat annoying sounds of the bagpipes, we totally agree that it’s a great city. Besides the location, there are a few other things that has made this weekend unforgettable.
1. Together it’s so much more fun
How can you make sure you can reach everybody at the same time? With a megaphone of course.

2. Repeat. Repeat. RepEAT.
Always make sure there’s enough eating (preferably with haggis) involved. With some good Scotch of course.

3. Take it to the next level
Dare to do something that people wouldn’t have dared to do before.
“Hmm. Are we supposed to go up?”
“Yes, let’s go!”
4. Spy with your little eye
Go sightseeing! Take an historical tour through the city and learn from the best.
