Your mission

  • Shape and Drive Culture: You will be instrumental in shaping our culture and implementing initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment

  • Recruitment Excellence: Lead the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting and direct search to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent

  • Employee Development: Design and lead comprehensive training and development programs that actively promote employee growth while establishing a second layer of leadership within the team. The focus is on strengthening leadership capabilities to ensure long-term support of the company’s strategic goals

  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key liaison between hiring managers, and management, ensuring seamless communication and alignment

  • HR Administration: Oversee HR administration including contract management, personnel file maintenance, and preparatory payroll tasks

  • Employer Branding: Enhance our employer brand through creative initiatives and effective communication strategies.

  • People Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to inform HR strategies and improve organizational effectiveness

  • Work closely with the HR team from Apps Factory, our strategic partner

Your profile

  • Minimum of 6 years in a People & Culture or HR role, with experience in a dynamic, agile environment

  • Agency background is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization

  • Mindset: A proactive, hands-on mentality with a positive, business-oriented mindset. Dedication to making the best out of every project and situation

  • Tools: Proficiency in HR tools and systems, with experience in Personio being a plus

  • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to a hybrid work environment and manage various tasks efficiently (3 days)
