The role

As Account Director, your goal is to build and maintain strong relationships with our key business clients. You regularly communicate with clients, resolve queries, and increase revenue by actively looking for opportunities to improve our clients’ businesses by using our services. You work closely with our project teams and Operations Director to ensure quality delivery and client satisfaction. You also collaborate with Sales to generate leads and play an active role in the commercial contracting processes. As Account Director, you report directly to the Management Board and participate in the directors team, which form the cornerstone of our operations. 

Experience and Skills

Most importantly, you have a passion and understanding for innovational and creative processes in business and how these lead to new and better products and services. You can operate and communicate at ‘C-level’ and consult business leaders in the roles of e.g. CMO, CIO, CEO, CTO, etc., improving their processes and selecting the right partner to do so. You understand and are experienced with commercial processes and possess the eagerness, patience, perseverance, and social skills that it takes to drive successful business and business relationships. You are fluent in English, both in speaking and writing, and function smoothly in a diverse international and cultural context. International traveling may be a part of your job, although since the Corona-pandemic many of our clients prefer or opt for virtual meetings.
