We’re looking for a Content Management & QA Specialist with excellent communication skills and a knack for technical challenges to help us in establishing better processes for publishing content and shipping releases.

Job description

The successful candidate will manage our clients’ digital properties, and play a critical role during new product launches. This person has excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, a love for technical challenges, and a willingness to learn.

This role is responsible for the day-to-day content management and quality assurance operations, with tasks including the support of product launches, marketing initiatives, and regular page maintenance for the websites/digital products of some of our most exciting, global clients. This includes ownership of content management systems (CMS) and publishing operations, including setting up new pages as well as editing and maintaining existing content. This role will also be responsible for conducting quality assurance audits and ensuring product integrity and standards are being met, troubleshooting systems to ensure reliability, usability and performance.

The Content Management & QA Specialist will collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the business as well as on the client side, which is why this role requires excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. They will lead small projects or initiatives independently, and maintain full knowledge of an ever-changing set of tools and processes.

What you can expect

  • Enter, edit and manage content in various CMS for client digital properties
  • Write requirements for digital content and review submitted content to ensure validity, accurate, complete, and of acceptable quality
  • Oversee the production, quality, and accuracy of assets for content entry, i.e. imagery or graphics
  • Plan and execute inspection and cross-browser testing of digital products to confirm quality and conformance to design and functional specifications and deliverables
  • Ensure digital products adhere to standards for ADA accessibility, design, and editorial quality
  • Create and manage a schedule and ticketing system for both content entry and quality assurance related initiatives and investigate and resolve tickets in a timely and transparent manner
  • Actively balance the work of multiple projects, assignments, and launches in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment
  • Regularly document and communicate project status to stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external teams, proactively and with high attention to detail and communication standards
  • Document content and quality assurance processes and tools as needed, and share CMS expertise with internal and external teams
  • Contribute to the evolution of internal processes and tools by providing feedback on best practices and workflow optimization


  • 2-3 years experience producing and managing content for digital media in a corporate or agency setting
  • Experience with an enterprise CMS such as Contentful, Drupal or Adobe Experience Manager
  • Experience with project management and ticketing tools such as Asana or Jira
  • Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, best practices and tools
  • Experience with accessibility, security, performance and automated testing
  • Strong understanding of all web browsers and different mobile device market share, versions and functionality
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS, XML, JSON a plus
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and timely with a high degree of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a changing environment with competing priorities
  • Flexibility of both personality and schedule to deal with rapidly-changing, time-constrained launch schedules
  • Ability to work with others in a collaborative team environment

Hybrid work model

One mandatory day per week in our Los Angeles office and remote (within commuting distance) the remaining days of the workweek.
