A Creative Opening workshop defines the basis and direction of your future brand and brand experience. From establishing what your brand promises its customers to identifying the visual style and tone of voice that’ll be pursued in the design phase, it sets the scene for the whole project.

A Creative Opening is a one day workshop. Here’s a quick guide to what you’ll get up to:

Introduction

Setting the goals for the day and your brand.

Positioning

Establishing where key stakeholders want to see the brand positioned, and how this can be achieved.

Brand vision

Working with personas to evaluate wants and needs, identifying the value you can bring to customers and focusing on what can separate your brand from the competition.

Visual compass

Exploring the design elements, imagery and typography to use as visual cues for the design phase.

What you get

By the end of the Creative Opening your brand will have a defined strategic core, comprised of clear building blocks: Promise, Positioning, Personality, Story, and Core Messages.

Basically, everything we need to ensure a smooth design process with the best possible outcome—and we’ll document it all for you to keep.
