Jack Zwanenburg talked about the importance of user centered design at the BNO Tallks 09: Apps & Tabs. 

He presented the cases of WineStein and Sentres in this matter. The BNO Tallks is a series of talkshows in Amsterdam, once every two months, where designers talk about their specialty, vision, inspiration and co-creation.
