TomorrowToday SG - The Forgotten Half of Change

TomorrowToday Main Dec2017

TomorrowToday

To help you stay up to speed with what’s happening in the world of innovation, creativity and design, we organize high pressure meetups called TomorrowToday.

The Forgotten Half of Change

This 2nd event in our series discusses the relationship between creativity and innovation, reality and perception. Where innovation predominantly seeks to change reality by delivering new products or services, creativity is essential for changing perception: the way people think about these products or services. More often than not, this second aspect of change is overlooked, resulting in failed product launches or services that nobody understands.

Our speakers for this topic are:

Marisa Agrasut - Innovation & Design Management Consultant, The Inceptery

Marisa comes from a rich creative background, starting her career as an industrial designer. Using her broad understanding of design, Marisa strives to forge strong connections with users by identifying and empathizing with those who are often underrepresented or outside of the usual spectrum, uncovering tacit needs and unexplored opportunities. This is the foundation for the body of her work.

Ivonne Bojoh - Co-founder and Chief Experience Officer, GoBear

Ivonne Bojoh is 100% focused on user happiness. From engineering to product design to brand, Ivonne believes that by having the users’ best interests at heart, companies can truly make a difference in people’s lives – especially in emerging markets like Asia. Ivonne gets her kicks out of helping up-and-comers thrive – she mentors her teams not to focus on problems, but on how these problems affect the user.

The event will take place on:
