About the RoleAs a Senior Project Manager (SPM), you are responsible for the operational planning, coordination, and tracking of work within a complex design and technology project.
You work closely with Scrum Masters, the client‑side Release Train Engineer (RTE), and the Program Lead to ensure transparency, structure, and reliable delivery.
Your Tasks
- Overall planning of operational work across the program
- Interface to the Release Train Engineer (RTE) on the client side
- Coordination of Scrum Masters
- Ensure that Jira and Confluence always reflect the actual state of work
- Structuring, maintaining, and continuously updating project information
- Tracking dependencies, risks, and timelines
- Ensuring that planned work is delivered on time
- Transparent communication of status and progress
- Close alignment with the Program Lead in case of escalations
Your profile
- Several years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in agile / SAFe environments
- Very strong proficiency with Jira and Confluence
- Experience in complex, interdisciplinary programs (design, UX, technology)
- Structured, reliable, and proactive working style
- Strong skills in coordination, transparency, and communication
- Excellent English; German is a plus
- Experience with complex, scaled product development or delivery programs (ideally Automotive & Mobility experience working with OEM, Tier1 or Agency/Consultancy)
- Automotive & HMI Experience (such as Android Automotive OS, infotainment, navigation, ADAS, HMI, connected services, mobility or other future mobility services) is an advantage.
