Our long standing client, MEAG, is one of the most important asset management companies in Europe. They recently acquired two new properties in the Netherlands: The Quarters Buildings in Amsterdam and Eurogate II in Rotterdam.

Both of these properties had been losing tenants. MEAG wanted to upgrade the buildings to attract a different clientele: creative and more flexible. And they wanted to create individual identities that did not simply reiterate the MEAG umbrella brand.

The two solutions we designed were meant to express the location and focus on what the new potential clientele would want to see. The project was simple: create two small promotional packages, i.e. brochure and website.

The two new identities raised potential tenant interest and gave the MEAG team and the onsite brokers better tools to sell their location effectively.

Working with MEAG is always fun. Every project – no matter how small or large – brings more recognition to the brand.
