In January 2010, Edenspiekermann implements changes in its management.

Willem Woudenberg steps down as Chairman of the Group Management Board. For the past 10 years he was responsible for the management of the Dutch branch and he played an important role in the international expansion of the agency.
Woudenberg will concentrate on business development, both in the Netherlands and international, as well as strengthening international alliances of Edenspiekermann.

Edo van Dijk will succeed Woudenberg as Chairman of the Dutch Management Team. In Germany, Oliver Schmidthals remains responsible for the daily management of the Berlin office.
