We are Edenspiekermann, an independent, international Design Consultancy. With a team of around 100 people across our offices in Amsterdam, Berlin and Los Angeles, including designers, developers, consultants, researchers, creatives and makers from around 20 different nations. We work with international clients like City of Santa Monica, The Economist, HamburgerHochbahn, unu Scooters, NanoScent, and Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. 

Who we are looking for

• You are an Interaction Designer with knowledge of UX and UI  
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital products and services
• You are passionate about visual design and have a strong visual mindset 
• You ideally have experience in moderating and leading workshops, user research and user centric methodology 
• You have worked in agile project teams and understand product development and design as integrated processes 
• You are fluent in English, German would be a plus

Our interaction designers work in agile and interdisciplinary teams on websites and platforms for major brands as well as for startups. Our teams combine conceptual thinking, a sophisticated understanding of design and a deep knowledge of web and app development to develop a digital product or service with a user-centric approach. In doing so, we advise and coach our clients' teams to provide the best customer experience for their customers.
